The YorckShare team lives by the motto: “One for all, all for one!”
Our team consists of Songül, Kim, Susanne, and Markus. Songül is your on-site contact, while Kim manages the organizational threads behind the scenes. Susanne and Markus took over management at the end of 2024.
What we all share: enthusiasm, creativity, improvisational talent, and a strong “let’s get things done” attitude. Four minds, eight arms, over 100 years of life experience combined,
and always here for you!
Susanne Eschke-Uhle
Management
Susanne is a social and cultural anthropologist as well as a political scientist (International Relations) from the Rhineland with Scandinavian roots. She has lived in various countries and held a variety of jobs. Since 2013, she has worked full-time as a transactional analyst (a therapeutic-consultative method, psychotherapist under the German Heilpraktikergesetz), and she is also a systemic coach, trainer, and couples therapist.
Susanne and Markus have two children (born in 2004 and 2016), who will probably occasionally be on-site. The family loves traveling, preferably far away, but lately more often in Europe by train.
Since 2003, Susanne has been singing in Chor in Mitte and wishes for more men to join in singing. She loves her work with people but has recently discovered that she quite enjoys working with business and numbers too — who would have thought!
Dr. Markus Uhle
Management
Markus came to Berlin right after the fall of the Berlin Wall. He first studied medicine, then humanitarian aid in Bochum and Uppsala. After various medical roles and a year in Barcelona, he spent about 15 years until 2021 working in clinical drug development at a subsidiary of Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin.
During a one-year training program in renewable energy, he came across the organization Sarsarale, now FoodForestNetwork e.V., which he has been passionately involved with for nearly 15 years. More than individual health, he is deeply interested in the health of the environment and society.
Markus quickly found great joy in shaping YorckShare and also works part-time in telemedicine for the Spanish branch of an American company.
Songül
Community Assistent
Our secret for perfectly organized rooms and happy customers? Clearly: Songül.
As our community assistant since 2022, Songül brings order and energy to our spaces and puts a smile on our customers’ faces. With exceptional care and eagle eyes, she keeps an eye on every corner of YorckShare, ensuring the right presentation and smooth operations both front and backstage – plus, Songül is also a talented actress!
Kim
Accounting Manager
Our secret for perfectly organized operations and satisfied customers? Clearly: Kim.
As Office Manager since June 2023, Kim uses her expertise and organizational talent to ensure smooth operations behind the scenes. Her main focus areas are accounting, master data management, and overseeing all digital communication channels. With great care and an eye for detail, she supports management in planning and implementing internal processes.
Kim is indispensable when it comes to bringing order to complex workflows and ensuring a well-structured operation in the background!
