Here’s how to access our premises:

To the left of the entrance to Yorckstraße 26, you’ll find the doorbell panel – our bell is the second from the bottom in the middle:

Shortly after pressing the doorbell button, the door will open automatically. You are now in the basement. Two floors up, on the first floor above ground, you’ll find our practice rooms.

During our office hours, the door is usually open. If you’d like to access our premises outside of office hours, you’ll need the “Key4Friends” app, available here on the Google Play Store and here on Apple’s App Store.

Before your first visit outside of core hours, the app must be activated for you by us!

When you’re standing in front of the entrance door, tap the corresponding key in the app. The circle with the key will turn yellow and start spinning. After a few (sometimes many) moments, the door lock will beep softly twice in quick succession.

The lock will now engage, the handle can be turned, and the latch unlocked. The handle isn’t always easy to grip, but there are 2 recessed grips at the front of the door that make it a little easier. Unfortunately the lock is somewhat stiff, so pull the door firmly towards you.

Sometimes the app claims “No internet connection” and vibrates. In this case, simply try again (assuming you do actually have an internet connection).
